Had two vehicles serviced, tail light out on Jeep, in the next day fixed it for under seven dollars. Loose wires in the truck causing problems. Fixed. No charge. Big shout out to Albert Auto Service on First Avenue Cedar Rapids! Never try to upsell you things you don't need. Responsible and professional. GOOD PEOPLE!

If you think there are no decent shops around...try this one!!! Dropped my car off this morning telling them to replace front brake pads and rotors. Wes called and told me I don't even need them cause I have 30% pad life remaining. I am really impressed with this kind of honesty. If they would have just done the job and charged me, I never would have know the difference.
Wes is awesome. I've been told a couple of times by other mechanics to get something done "sooner rather than later" only to be told by Wes that it can wait. When potential problems arise, he has looked at my car for no cost. He's only charged me when he's actually fixed something. I completely trust what Wes says as do many other people I know!
