I came to the 1st Ave shop with a minor emergency. They were rather busy at the time, the lot was full, and so were the bays. I went inside, told them the problem, someone was outside and working on it in less than a minute. Less than 5 minutes later, I was back on the road. They definitely have my business from now on...
The people at the shop have always been amazing to not only me but my family! I've been going there since 2007 and wouldn't change it! The guys sadly know me by name and know my car better then any shop. I love how I can swing in and they will check my fluids, make sure everything is safe for a weekend trip. They make sure I'm happy and satisfied with the work they have done. Thanks for towing my Dodge truck home. You did a great job.
I went to downtown location for a repair of my work van and was cheapest in town not to mention fast and friendly. I had a break caliper stuck and they did me right. Also I took my jeep in to have a repair on a tire and they put my tire on and installed lug nuts that had been stripped off free of charge...I'll always come back here for all my automotive needs.
Friendly service at the downtown location...they work with you, efficient and do a good job. It is nice to go in and see the same workers. It builds trust knowing that you can depend on the people you get to know.
You won't find a better place to have work done on your vehicles. I trust them with the care of my car and the safety it provides my family! Keep up the good work Chad!!!
I want to thank Chad for the wonderful service he provided me this morning at J. St. SW. He found that my repair was under warranty. He is my go-to auto service man.
