Albert Auto is very trustworthy and has great communication. I had my power steering pump replaced at the J street location last month. They originally thought the power steering hose would have to be replaced too but in the midst of the repair realized that they could avoid having to do that by filling in a small piece on the end, saving me over $100. My car has been working great since!
While on a road trip, my SUV was shaking enough to cause concern, and I needed to have it checked right away. Its always uncomfortable in unfamiliar territory to have your vehicle worked on, but turns out it was the perfect exit. I pulled off interstate in Cedar Rapids - saw a NAPA and decided to get a referral from them. A GREAT DECISION (mostly good luck) - they gave me Albert Auto's info and they happened to be within a mile or so. I started going there a few years ago and they went above and beyond to earn my business.
