Albert Auto is the best service shop in Cedar Rapids! They always talk through possibilities before doing repairs. They are very “small town” with their service. Highly recommended!
We started using Albert Auto last summer on a recommendation from a friend and have NOT been disappointed. We also use their Urbana location which is about equally handy. Recently, we needed a tow through the Urbana location and found the staff I dealt with highly professional and the equipment very nice. Thank you guys.
These guys are professionals at their job they take the owners consideration into effect to get the job done right the first time that way you don't have to come back and if they can't fix it. Tell you who can I've been taking my vehicles there since 2007 I won't let anybody else touch my vehicles rather than them.

Greatest shop in town had helped my family for about 10 years now they're extremely fair priced and highly honest with you two technicians for recognition I will give out to Wes who used to work at the 1st Ave location and Chad at the J St location. My family will forever be loyal.
One of the best experiences I have had with a repair shop.... they called with updates and even answered my questions!!! I will take any of my vehicles there without hesitation! They were great to deal with!!!
Have had these guys work on my truck for a couple of different reasons at the J St. location. Very professional, honest, and really reasonably priced! I highly recommend going here!!
Honest, fair service. I highly recommend. I compared them to another local shop. Price was more competitive and I don’t get a list of 3-4 other suggested items with Alberts. I am a happy customer. Can’t always get in the same day but am willing to wait when I trust the mechanic.
