My first experience was great. I had just gotten a new used car after having a used one for 15 years. I had a problem getting my key out of the ignition. I know a bit about cars. I just moved here four years ago and didn't have a regular mechanic. I made numerous calls. Albert's got me in right away and fixed my problem for less then the others wanted to just diagnose the problem. I left super happy and I will now have a regular place to take my new used car. Looks like a great family place!!
Took my car in for a second opinion after a ridiculously bad experience with a local dealership. Chad and the team came highly recommended. They were able to repair the issue for a fraction of the estimate I had received from the ddealership. The people I dealt with were friendly and professional. They earned my future business and I will recommend this team to anyone looking for a honest mechanic.
I didn't know where to take my Subaru to other than the dealership or a shop in IA City, neither is very convenient. My husband had been very happy with service he had done. I called to see if they could work on my Subaru & was told yes. They fixed my power steering pump & replaced my front struts for less $$ than two other quotes and was all done in 1 day. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
