Very good experience with technician, Adam S. He was on time, courteous, very comfortable with our 2 dogs, and determined we had a capacitor problem, which he replaced. Have used AHA for many years including a previous house, and always been happy with their service.
Adam S******* was thorough, professional, nice, and efficient.
The service tech was the first person to notice a design flaw for the dual systems we have in our house- of course AH&A installed them incorrectly when the second unit was added about 7 years ago (prior to us owning the home) but Katie, the service tech, noticed the deficiencies which other HVAC techs from different companies did not. I don't know if this is a good review for AH&A, but the service tech Katie was top notch.
I would like to complement Carlton S***** with Albemarle Heating & Air. He recently serviced our heat pump and air conditioning units. Carlton asked if we had any concerns and listened to me, then went about his business servicing and checking the inside and outside units. He was very professional and courteous.
Albemarle Heating and Air is an extremely trustworthy business. The employees are very capable, professional, and courteous. The business is very well run and it is a pleasure to be one of their customers.
This company does a good job generally. Not always correctly but they definitely endeavor to do the best that they can and fix any problems. Josh is the only technician there that understands my heat pump and how to set it up properly. When he took over, he had to change 3 settings that were causing the system to behave chaotically. It ran much better this winter and he continues to tweak it to get even more consistent results. Albemarle Heating & Air consistently does a great job is servicing our HVAC. The technician (Katie) is very capable.
Adam did a very thorough and competent tuneup on our HVAC systems today. He is knowlegdeable and has a very friendly personality. He was prompt and left no messy traces around our equipment. Adam projected a very positive image for Albemarle Heating and Air.
We have been using Albemarle Heating & Air, Inc for many years now & we have always had excellent service. Call backs are returned quickly & the techs are always polite, on time, and very knowledgeable. We have had one , Maurice, who has been very personable & excellent at his job & always gives us a "heads up" before something major happens. The last time he fixed a problem (easily) that if he hadn't fixed it we would have had more costly repairs. We recommend this company. * * ** *
