I was very impressed with my technician, Gus....He was patient, knowledgeable and courteous. I am new to the area and wasn't sure who to call to service my heating and air-conditioning. I wound up calling Albemarle Heating and Air because they had so many 5 star reviews....Now I know why. *****
Timmy arrived on time as scheduled, satisfied with his professionalism and knowledge. He was polite, engaging in conversation, letting us know exactly what he was doing and why. He was thorough. We will request him again. No complaints.
On June 19 Mr. F***** came to my house to fix my AC, when he called me and Said he going to be there in 15 minutes, he was there in 15 minutes . He was very friendly, very acknowledge and Professional, , he found the problem very quickly He explain to me exactly what is wrong with the AC and how he's going to fix it and he fix my AC very quickly. Mr. F***** thank you very much for your service

Brian was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed me a broken wire and explained exactly how he would fix it. I appreciate his thorough inspection and the repair to my boiler.
The representative (David B****) gets 5 *****s. Why, because he was on time (called prior to arrival), placed booties on his shoes, handled our new bookcase that "hides" the air handler with care since it contains special "memories," and discovered where the HVAC was located (on the roof). He did all of this without a problem, and he was efficient and thoroughly capable. He explained what he was going to do, he did it, then wrote out what he had done. New heatpump. Great experience from sales with Alex K to installation with Matt P and Ryan J. Definitely recommend.
We awoke to a warmer than usual home and realized that the AC was not working properly. After unsuccessfully trying various "tricks", I called Albemarle. Scott came out just hours after my initial call, diagnosed the problem, installed a new part and got the system up and running. Comfort at last. He was tidy about his work, informative and affable.
