I have been a satisfied customer of AHA for over 15 years, from old furnace/AC repair and maintenance, to a new furnace/AC installation, and now to regular maintenance. Today's technician, Christian, exhibited the qualities I have come, from past experience, to expect from AHA technicians - consideration, friendliness, technical expertise and good service.
I can’t say enough good things about Scott H*****. He is the best service technician we have ever had, and other than always doing a great job at maintaining our heating and air units, he is extremely courteous and always insists on cleaning up after himself.
Needing a check on my a/c system in Charlottesville, I asked friends to suggest a good HVAC company. Heating & Air was highly recommended, and Tara (the most friendly appointment lady) made it easy to find a convenient time for a service check. Adam S. was our technician. He called ahead to confirm the arrival time, arrived when he said he would, and was very good at his job.
