As usual, the visit by the Albemarle Heating & Air technician to perform a semi-annual tuneup of our HVAC system was smooth, quick, clean, and courteous. I Could not be more pleased.

On February 5, 2018, we had a new heat pump installed by Albemarle Air of Charlottesville, VA. The workmanship and service by all technicians has been prompt, efficient, thorough and courteous. Our questions were/have been thoroughly and clearly answered; our system is working most satisfactorily. Importantly, when the installation was done, the service person diligently cleaned all areas affected before leaving. We would highly rate the individuals who have been in our home as well as the company that has served us.
Albermarle installed a whole house humidifier. It was in our basement just under our bedroom. The unit made a terrible noise as it filled and a huge clank when it stopped, making sleep nearly impossible. The company sent out Steve, who diagnosed the issue and solved the problem by moving the unit just a bit and installing a new part. Perfection. Our home now has a comfortable humidity level, we all feel better and sleep like babies. What more could a customer ask. We have used them for years and will continue to so.

Albemarle Heating and Air Maintenance Technician David Dees phoned a few minutes before appointment time to confirm the appointment to service my heat and a/c system. He arrived at the appointed time, was very friendly and gentle with my 7-month-old pup, and completed the service very quickly. David’s friendly and efficient manner made me glad that Albemarle Heating and Air takes care of my system.
I had a very positive experience with AH&A. The technician, Andrew, was professional, and he explained what the problem noise was in my unit, and fixed it. As a new customer, I was interested in a service contract and new thermostats. He gave me all the information I was seeking.
Visit was short, efficient and resolved the problem quickly.
