I have been an Albemarle Heating and Air customer for 20 years. This has included supporting an older oil burner house and then a new major addition with updated systems. Superior in all aspects. Personnel ALL top notch - honest and professional and exceptionally well trained. I give my highest recommendation.
Adam was the AHA technician who did the 6-month tune up of our heat pump a couple of months ago. After completing the work, he provided a thorough explanation of what he did, which was helpful and informative.
Bill G***** came out for my 6 mos. service and was very courteous and what i like is he called to let me know he was on his way, this allowed me some time to put my dogs in their crates and make sure i was in the house to hear the doorbell ring. I will continue to use Albemarle Heating and Air and look forward to continue working with Bill. Thank You

EXCELLENT SERVICE. Adam was a few minutes early but called on his way to let me know. Worked quickly and efficiently. Friendly. We had two capacitors that were near the end of life - he explained why they would eventually need to be replaced, what service life he felt they had remaining, and gave me the option to replace one/both now or wait until our next service appointment.
David was very thorough and professional.
