Maurice B**** just completed our regular service. This was his first time to our house. He did a fine and thorough job. He even made a valuable recommendation concerning our humidity which was above and beyond the regular service.
Bryan was our service technician, and we have no problems with the work he performed. The notes he leaves us tells me he is thorough.
I am fine with the service people they send but I have an 18 month old system that has broken down 3 times in the last 6 months and they never have the parts in stock to repair it and I have to wait a week without air each time to get it fixed. Why don't they stock repair parts for the products they sell and service? Why does an 18 month old system break down 3 times in 6 months to begin with? Again, no knock on the service techs but the products they carry are of questionable quality and they don't stock parts to fix them.
