Working on a Saturday, Katie was the best technician by far (3 have come out for the same issue over the last few weeks). She was the only one to wear shoe covers, which I appreciate as I have been cleaning for a move. She made sure it was right and double checked my concerns before she left. She was professional and provided excellent service. The company as a whole have been responsive and worked with me on my tight time schedule.

I had Timmy P. from Albemarle Heating & Air, Inc. do my semiannual maintenance on my air conditioner and he did a great job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. It was my first time having him perform this maintenance and I would welcome him back again.

Brian was very professional, gave excellent explanations, worked quickly, and--need I say--fixed the problem with my heat pump. He added several suggestions for what to do about the unit's future (I got it from AH&A almost nineteen years ago and it has performed well; the next one will come from this company also). We called Albemarle Heating & Air this morning, and Timmy was at our front door before 1 p.m. this afternoon. He was both courteous and efficient, and within minutes he had identified the problem with our air conditioner and replaced the faulty part. He left us with the confidence that our system was in good working order for the rest of the summer. Thanks, Timmy!
