Had gynae op. Excellent nurses, anaesthetists and surgeon. So well-organised, attentive and kind.
Fantastic care when I had my Cataract Surgery on 19/9/25. The Surgeon, and Nurses were caring and cheerfull. Supplied a warm blanket for the procedure, T and Biscuits while I recovered.Despite being so busy nothing was too much trouble. Hard working Team!
Had throat op on 16th April and had to stay overnight. Cannot express enough the care, kindness and professionalism I received from the team whilst there. From the moment you are met by the friendly and approachable reception to discharge, all the staff and doctors are FANTASTIC. This unit is a beacon of light in the NHS and a credit to the service.WELL DONE and THANK YOU
My 14 year old daughter attended the day surgery unit on 12/09/2024 for an adenoidectomy. On arrival, the reception staff were very friendly and explained what would happen next to my daughter. The care she received from the nursing staff was exemplary. Stacey outlined the procedure and spoke with honesty and clarity to my daughter in a way that a 14 year anxious teen could understand.
