This is my go to gold shop. Uncle always goes above and beyond to make us feel like family. I have been buying gold from here for the past 5 years now and I highly recommend. He even always helps me put my new earrings in as my piercing is a struggle so he always offers to help n do it for me. Alhumdulillah so grateful for them not being judgmental but always helpful. May Allah bless them & grant them much much more inshallah
I came into this jewellery shop a while back. Wanted to spend a decent bit on gold AND silver. Asked the guy about silver. He continued to say in a patronising tone “Silver?! Who asks for silver?!” Felt very intimidated. Very very rude. Will never be returning nor will my family and friends.
Pretty designs but customer service needs to move with the times. We are in 2024, where transparency is normalised. I was having a feel rich day and thought I should treat myself, so went gold shopping. Saw some really cute rings in the window, went in to try on and see how they fit. there are better jewellers in this area, i’ve had earrings break and a bracelet break and bracelet is still not repaired the way i wanted it to be.
I would avoid this jewellers at all cost. I bought this bracelet in August 2023. The first time i wore it, a few of the beads in the middle of the motif fell off. I took the bracelet back to get it repaired and the state of the bracelet after it was repaired was horrendous (Bear in mind I live in Chester so, I’ve had to go back and forth many times).
