Anna was my realtor for a recent home sale. She was fantastic! She gave great advice on what work should be done to the home to get it ready for listing. She was very prompt in staging the interior, taking great looking photos, and getting the home listed. The listing was professional looking and generated several offers within two days. Anna is really the best realtor to work with. She is a listener, she is very very knowledgeable about what she's doing, she's not pushy at all. We received a recommendation for Anna from a former neighbor. That house had sold for the highest price in the neighborhood after many years of our homes being undervalued. Anna was the consumate professional. She gave us very sound advice regarding how to stage our home to get the best price. She was tuned in to the local market and was spot on regarding a reasonable selling price. Due to Anna's expertise, we sold our home in a week for full asking price!
