I have worked with Anna on the purchase of one home and the sale of two others. She also found a terrific tenant for another property. Each time, the process was fast, easy and lucrative. Anna brings a calm, friendly demeanor to the process and really knows her stuff. She is hands down the best realtor I've ever worked with in my 55 years. Anna Klark is the real deal!

We truly consider Anna was the right choice as our listing agent recently. She stood out among several other listing agents whom we had interviewed. We found that we shared some key points about the property. And her impressive demonstration of professionalism and passions So we believed we could build a good team on this project. She gave us advice. But we never felt overwhelming pressure from her on those works to be done to expedite the selling. Anne never hesitated to communicate her honest and valuable opinions as a fri... read more

Anna went above and beyond, not only in helping me sell my home, but also in assisting with the final stages of moving and clearing out the place. I would certainly call her again and recommend!

I have known Anna for over 20 years and have had her help in both sell ing and buying my last 2 homes. The 2nd being just 3 months back. Getting top dollar for my last 2 sells and a good price for the buying of my last 2 homes. I have also called her over the years, just when I was interested in seeing a property not even sure if I was going to purchase anything. Anna listens really well and takes the time to make sure she understands what your family is looking for in a home. She is also very responsive without being pushy ... read more

Anna Klarck has been so great to work with. She helped us sell and purchase a home just over 3 year ago. She is an expert in the field. Since our closing we have communicated a few times for references. Anna is responsive and helpful. She is absolutely wonderful to work with. My wife and I are detail oriented people and Anna is a perfect match for us.

I've used Anna's services several times (buying and selling) since 2011 and would recommend her to anyone. She's extremely knowledgeable of the housing markets in IL, prompt, and readily available at all hours to listen or advise. Her honesty, vision, and experience in real estate is exactly why I wouldn't consider using anyone else.

Anna helped us buy our first home in 2015, and she was our first call when we decided to sell our house in 2021. I HIGHLY recommend Anna for either buying OR selling your home, and I've recommended her to numerous people over the years, all of whom also sang her praises. Buying our house - Anna was a dream! She took the time to understand what we were looking for in a home and did not waste our time showing us houses that didn't fit our needs or were out of our budget. She helped us understand the ins & outs and how to navig... read more

Anna assisted us with selling and buying. She made the process very easy and all went very smoothly. Anna was there to answer all of my questions and was easily reachable. During the selling process, Anna gave us the market analysis and we were able to sell our home for top dollar. During the buying process, we were provided a very thorough report in regards to the property we were interested in before officially submitting an offer. Very satisfied with her work and so happy she was recommended to us. I've dealt with a few d... read more

Anna Klarck is an awesome Real Estate agent and an equally amazing person. She knows the ins and outs of the market but the quality that touched me the most is that she is a very honest person. For her the welfare of the client is paramount. She gets you the most worth, whether your are buying a property or selling yours. I contacted her after having a couple of bad experience and was skeptical at first. But the first meeting itself assured me that she knew what she was talking about and after that buying my first property w... read more
