We had the pleasure of working with Anna during the process of selling our house. We LOVED working with her and can’t say enough about how amazing her work ethic is. She is a fantastic realtor who has many years of experience, is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. It was important to us to have someone who would take time to answer all our questions and give us guidance. She was extremely responsive, answered the phone and our texts/emails promptly and was present at all the important steps along the way. We found out ... read more

Anna Klarck is an exceptional agent! She's got keen awareness of my requirements and made it happen. She's tactful and fierce negotiator, competent agent and truly an advocate for you as her client. Special thanks for introduction to mortgage professionals that made my loan closing successfully. If you need a reliable, dedicated and trustworthy realtor-look no further. Anna is a magic worker and we couldn't have done it without her.

Anna was amazing! She is always giving out positive energy. Responsive and helpful with all our questions and concerns. Did her best to make sure our home buying process was as smooth as possible even when unexpected bumps came up. As a first time home buyers, my wife and I were very happy she was on our team.

Anna is beyond what we can describe in words. She is an amazing professional with the highest work ethic, top skills, and great attitude. We feel so fortunate to find her and worked with her on the sale of our house. When we approached Anna about the sale of our home, we were having problems. We were living thousands of miles away on the west coast, the tenant didn't want to move out, and the house had been on the market twice. Anna patiently listened to us, analyzed the situation with us, and quickly came out with a strateg... read more

Anna is a terrific real estate agent. She has helped me with two home purchases and one home sale, and whether we were buying or selling, she was outstanding. If I had to pick one skill to highlight, it would be her ability to negotiate. Her advice about when to hold firm and when to give a little to the buyer/seller was always spot-on. She’s reliable, a great communicator, and just makes what could be a stressful process both fun and easy. Highly recommended.

Anna has been very easy to work with. Communicated frequently on the housing market changes and took our feedback seriously. She helped us from preparing for the viewing to negotiating the prices, as well as the communication with our attorneys. We bought our home and sold the same with Anna both times and it was a fantastic experience!

Thank you so much for helping us sell our home. We were blown away by your knowledge and talent for negotiation and we couldn’t be more pleased with how things turned out. We are incredibly grateful that we chose you to list our house.

Anna is as sharp as a knife. She knows what sells a home and how to properly set up your home for the photos and video that will wow your buyers. We were shocked at how beautiful the listing photos and descriptions looked and how quickly we sold!! It seems like in a sellers market you don’t need a good realtor but it’s the opposite that is true. Anna knows how to handle the multiple offer environment like a true pro. You’ll be glad you chose Anna!
