Anna helped us tremendously from the time we met her to closing. Her responsiveness was excellent. Her experience and advice was also a valuable asset. She helped us get the best price on the sale of our home. We could not have done it without her. Would highly recommend!!!

Anna is extremely knowledgeable in real estate industry, she has acquired excellent experiences and knowledge in her career. My wife and I are very happy with the outcome of our home sale. She was always on top of it when we needed her and help us out with any issues we encountered. We appreciate her effort during the sale of our home.

Anna came highly recommended from one of our friends and she really exceeded her reputation. I have never come across such an amiable, friendly and hands-on professional realtor who persevered with us for the past 7-8 months to get our property sold. She was right in the front and center of staging our house and prepping it for showings. She helped us maintain our nerves as buyers came across unreasonable asks. It took us few iterations to get it sold but she was all along with us providing guidance to sell our house in a bu... read more

Where do I start? Anne is a very very motivated and organized local VH realtor. She is honest, she won't rip you off and will give you accurate advice on what needs upgrades and what doesn't. She is down-to-earth, not over-the-top and definitely not greedy. She sold my Gregg's Landing townhouse right before Thanksgiving 2019, a very difficult time to sell. I tried selling it on my own for six months, but it only took her a couple of months to both rent and sell the place. She taps into all her resources to help her clients a... read more

Anna is fantastic! She sold our home in a very tough market and helped us purchase a new one at a fantastic price! Her negotiation skills are fabulous. We will definitely be calling Anna when we look to move again.

My wife and I came to the difficult decision that now was the time to downsize from our wonderful home of 23 years. The maintenance and upkeep was becoming more than we felt we wanted to manage going forward. We needed a realtor. We did our research. Talked to friends, family, etc. Looked on line (like here). Anna's 5 star reviews and wonderful comments from her clients, helped us decide to give her a call to come to our home to meet with us. From that meeting, we decided she would be the best choice for us. She had all the ... read more

Anna Klarck and the entire AK team are simply put - sublime. We used Anna to sell our condo and purchase our home this past October and it was easily the best decision we made in 2019. Anna was phenomenal. She was passionate, unbelievably knowledgeable, in constant communication with us, a total go-getter, 100% customer focused....I could go on. Anna and her team not only got us an amazing deal on our condo (in 24 hours!), but got us an even better deal on our house. She made sure we didn't overpay and helped us get from con... read more
