I had the very BEST experience possible with Anna Klarck! Anna is professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and just the kindest person to work with. Selling my home felt like a very stressful situation to me, and Anna eased my worries, made it very easy, and offered great advice. She was always available and her team was completely on top of all of the details of selling. My home sold the day it listed and everything went smoothly. Anna and AK Homes really deserve more than a 5 star rating!

Anna is a joy to work with! She really knows her stuff and is very kind, pleasant and (above all) professional. We had her sell our home and she took us through every step of the process. My experience with Anna Klarck was a great experience, she worked with me to make sure I got one of the greatest deals out there while looking for a home, she was very instrumental in making sure I find the best bargain and she was with me from the beginning until the closing date. When we decided to sell our townhome we hired Anna Klarck as our realtor. She suggested some improvement and updates which increased the value of the property. She is very knowledgeable, full of great ideas and a expert in her field.

We found Anna extremely professional and efficient from the first meeting. She did an excellent job in presenting the home on-line and in print advertising. She also had an impressive group of contractors to spruce up the home with immediate response and reasonable cost. We were in a different part of the country and throughout the process, Anna and her team took excellent care of the property and gave us prompt and relevant updates. In the end, we were very pleased with the results!
