Anna was really on top of our home sale. She knew the market and what we should expect in a sales price. She was very responsive to our contacts with her and she made herself available to meet when we needed to do so. Once we had a potential buyer, she expertly handled the negotiations and brought in a great attorney who guided us through the closing process. Finally, after the sale was confirmed, Anna spent several hours helping us find a rental property and negotiating the rent. We highly recommend Anna to anyone looking t... read more
We can’t say enough wonderful things about Anna! I wish we could give her more than 5 Stars! We bought our first home with her back in 2011 and now worked with her again to sell that home and upgrade to a new home. Through both the selling and buying processes she worked tirelessly for us to make sure we were 100% happy. You can tell how much she truly cares about her clients. She was readily available and enthusiastic for all of our phone calls, showings, and anything else we needed. We feel as though Anna became a part of ... read more
From our experience, Anna has excellent knowledge of the local real estate market. She understands the business of real estate transactions extremely well and as a client you feel very confident in her expertise. Anna has tremendous energy and dedicates her time to her clients. She goes above and beyond to represent her clients.
Professional approach toward client, really helpful with paperwork. Available at any time during the day and the purchase of a house with Anna is a pleasure. Vey large selection of Realestate, very nice and respectful employees.
I had the very BEST experience possible with Anna Klarck! Anna is professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and just the kindest person to work with. Selling my home felt like a very stressful situation to me, and Anna eased my worries, made it very easy, and offered great advice. She was always available and her team was completely on top of all of the details of selling. My home sold the day it listed and everything went smoothly. Anna and AK Homes really deserve more than a 5 star rating!
We've had the pleasure of working with Anna twice in less than 2 years and we were very satisfied with her service. She is very knowledgeable and trusting. We would highly recommend her to our family and friends.
Anna is a joy to work with! She really knows her stuff and is very kind, pleasant and (above all) professional. We had her sell our home and she took us through every step of the process. I highly recommend Anna and her team, whether you are a seller or a prospective buyer. And I would certainly work with her again.
My experience with Anna Klarck was a great experience, she worked with me to make sure I got one of the greatest deals out there while looking for a home, she was very instrumental in making sure I find the best bargain and she was with me from the beginning until the closing date. She is the best Realtor Agent I'd work with. I recommend her to all my friends and family.
Anna Klarck of AK Homes and her team are true real estate professionals! As a first time home seller, I listed with Anna after my initial meeting with Anna. Anna’s enthusiasm and her attention to detail are nothing short of amazing! Anna did an outstanding job every step of the way and was always available to answer any questions we had. I can’t stress this point enough when I say that Anna went over and above in her assisting us in the sale of our home! I truly appreciate everything she did for us! Anna is truly a First Cla... read more
