Anna has completed two home sales for my family in the last few years, including one very recently. She is very experienced and resourceful, gives good advice, is pleasant to work with, and has a sharp attention to detail. She is everything you should want in a realtor and I highly recommend her.
We met Anna through another open house during our search and were thrilled to go through the process of selling our old house and buying a new one with her. She advised us on the critical items to fix and who could help us remedy those issues quickly. Once we listed the house she was in close communication about the showings and when to run additional open houses. She made the selling process as simple as possible and we appreciate her expertise. On the buying side she helped us through the negotiation process far more than ... read more
Anna Klarck is a professional who is extremely organized! She was available to answer all questions and her knowledge of the market surpassed my expectations. My home sold immediately and the process was stress-free. Anna is a 5 star realtor that I would highly recommend.
Anna Klarck is a very professional and knowledgeable real estate agent. Her communications and skills were on top of every detail. We had some unexpected issues pop during the sale of the house we were selling, but Anna kept on guiding us to the next step. She is a pleasure to work with and will definitely be our agent for our next sale!
Anna did an outstanding job helping us buy our condo. She is responsive, professional and walked us thoroughly through every step of the process. On top of it all, Anna is a wonderful person who cares very much about her clients. We would use her again in a heartbeat.
I have worked with Anna twice -- 2016 and 2022. Anna is an expert in her field and knows everything about the Lake County real estate market. Everything she conveyed to me during the recent sale of my home was 100% accurate. She recommends reputable and knowledgeable people to help a buyer/seller before, during, and at the end of the process. I trust her implicitly and you will be well-served to consider her in your next real estate process. I look forward to working with Anna again when the time comes. 100% recommended!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Anna to sell my home; it was the second real estate transaction she helped me successfully navigate and complete. I truly can't say enough about Anna -- her experience and knowledge-base are unparalleled, and she is an exceptional communicator. I have always found her to be very responsive to needs and concerns, and she is able to draw upon past experience to help inform next steps. For me, what really sets Anna apart is her unwavering integrity and positive attitude; these are qua... read more
We only interviewed one agent since we knew Anna from AK Homes had handled the sale of a family member's home. She did not disappoint! Anna did a fantastic job with analyzing the market data to determine the sales price. She was wonderful to work with and helped us all along the process. We enjoyed working with an independent real estate agent. She knows the local market which is so important. Thanks to Anna for selling our home!
Anna Klarck is the best of the best realtor. Anna and team aim and deliver the highest quality for all services they provide. Anna is very knowledgeable, works hard, gives you her complete attention - she doesn't even answer her phone during appointments, assists with setup and decorations for photo and video, and the photos and video and drone video are the best of the best, I wanted to buy my own house when saw the photos / video :). The lawyer she works with is also the best, very knowledgeable, prompt and flexible. They ... read more
