It’s been a tough year for me personally but through it all AJ’s has honestly been the biggest blessing. Chris and his team have not only created a successful gym but a second home. A place where I can have a laugh with the girls but also step away from reality and build myself up physically and mentally. I’m so grateful for this place and cannot thank them enough. Highly, highly recommended ❤️🖤

Absolutely loving it. Great people. Great clean gym - fully equipped. They even have a coffee machine! I've started few months ago a bit stiff, have to admit :) Lots of hard work, internal battle and persistence and every training gets better and better. Coaches are great and they are with you all the way.
