there are really goo dbut i done my hair there the service is so good but if you guys want to come early come early the more you come early the more you will finsished
OMD!! I was lost of words!! ABSOLUTELY, DISRESPECTFUL, and rude. I couldn’t even shop properlyyy as soon as I got in they told me to leaving everything outside whilst it was raining…. NEVER go in there!! Nice products BUT STAFF IS EXTREME HORRIBLE!!
I'm always greeted warmly when I arrive, and the stylists listen to my wants. The owner always fits me in when I call late in the evening for a last minute appointments. They also charge decent prices
Poor customer service. Rude staff. Arranged an appointment time then they accepted a walk in ahead of me, sat me in a stool with no back in the middle of the shop for hours. Another member of staff expressing how she didnt like the hair styles people had chosen and speaking so loudly about them, whilst they was still sat there. Sighing and tutting whilst doing my braids. Wouldnt ever go again.
