Scott C came out at an extremely late time, they are trying to respond to all in a timely manner. He was extremely courteous, professional, and patient in answering questions. He solved the issue in a timely manner and I was impressed. In the future, I will certainly request him to assist in the future.
Just had a new unit put in this company is top notch
I give Ruth P 5 stars, she is personable and explained everything she was doing. She did a thorough job of cleaning our unit. She found a coolant leak and will be returning to repair once the parts arrive. She is one of the best technicians to come and visit since having the unit installed in 2009. I will request her in the future. Thanks again Ruth!
They installed a new air conditioner for us an thus far have delivered what they said they would.
Memorial Day and our air goes out. Air Rescue did indeed rescue us. They were polite, fast, efficient and knowledgeable. We definitely will use them again. In fact we signed up for their monthly membership which is a great service. We really appreciated their professionalism and our technician Scott was extremely polite and efficient and this was all at 9:30pm. Thank you for providing such a great service!
I was very impressed by Merium being very friendly to my phone call at 7:30 AM. Charles B came out to check my AC and told us what the problem was. Now we have an appointment this evening to talk to someone about a new coil.
