The technician of this company was in my property on June 13, 2017, to give a service (tsr) to the unit of my residence. The person who was in representation of me indicated that the technician did not do anything inside the house, only said that the system was dirty. The technician wrote on the papers I left the next; Drain line flush and treatment and stage 2 biccible. According to the person who was representing me in the house, the technician did nothing of what he wrote in the papers.

Scott C came to preform spring maintenance on my system and was thorough, professional, knowledgeable. He picked up my stop at the end of a Friday afternoon when the original Air Rescue scheduled tech canceled my pre set appt last minute so I was grateful for that.

So I email this company for a confirmed quote from their commercial supported by WFLA News Station. I only mention I have a rental and their response back to me is money and credit card on file, the owner to be contacted. I'm a paying customer willing to almost have hired them.. Terrible customer service response via email I received. I'm glad I am now reading these reviews. There are many companies willing to just come service a unit without all that. Do they think I am dumb because I mentioned for my rental home and want m... read more

So in March 2017 we had a new A/C installed by AirRescueA/C out of Tampa, FL. I just have to warn others DO NOT USE THEM. We have been dealing with them for almost 2 months to get our A/C installed completely. Today I am fed up, my husband Mark took ANOTHER day off of work to meet them to finish the installation. They of course cancelled again with some really bullshit excuse. This is the third or fourth time they have done this! We have talked with so many people at the company about this you think someone would do somethin... read more

Scott C. has been to my house on 2 calls now. One for maintenance and one for service. He took the time to find and fix the problem and acted in a professional manner.

The tech came out same day, found the problem, got it covered fully under warranty, and all we owed was the $59 diagnostic fee. He even drove to Tampa to get the part and came back in the same afternoon to finish! Parrotheads unite!

I'm discouraged. You expect a service company to be honest and fair with you. Air Rescue in Tampa may be good at responding to emergencies but our experience is that the representative who comes for inspections routinely finds a major problem and always quotes repair work in the thousands of dollars. Today I had another a/c service come and check it after Air Rescue and he said there was no problem and the $4000 repair that AR proposed is not necessary and that a thermostat replacement does not cost $400.
