Vince C arrived on time and spent over an hour checking my AC and cleaning it, both inside and out. He was very thorough and advised me to trim the overhead branches that were dropping leaves on the AC. He also discovered a problem that will require him to return with a replacment part and install it. I checked my calendar and he set an appointment when I would be home. Overall, Vince was very knowledg informative about he was doing and why.
Anthony B came out today to compete our semiannual service. He was on time..professional..courteous..and suggested current needs to help extend the life of our AC unit. He was kind in his approach...not pushy..and very informative. I have been an Air Rescue customer for almost 6 years and although I haven't seen the same tech more than once.... (I think the turnover is pretty high)...I would request Anthony B again...he's such an asset to A/R. Managers...take care of this one...he's a keeper.

Great job once again to Air Rescue! Randi called me to give me a time for his arrival, and he was here even a bit early...great! Peter was well informed, very neat, patient with my questions, and was not offended when I said I could not afford the recommended service at this time.
Vince from Air Rescue showed up about midnight to fix a thermostat issue. He did a great job and was courteous.
Although I have had issues in the past with Air Rescue, Robert W provided tune up service yesterday and did a most thorough job, bringing the system to work to near perfection. He went over every detail with me showing how the system was working according to specs. On time and professional.
Our air went out on one of the hottest days last week. I called & was given a time window of 9PM-11PM. We are seniors & we do not stay up past about 10PM. I explained to the operator & she was able to re-adjust the time for us. They actually came an hour sooner than they said they would. Our tech was Martin Cox, a very friendly, knowledgeable person. I called Air Rescue and within 30 minutes Jamil showed up. He was super helpful and explained everything to me. The problem was fixed and I have no complaints whatsoever.
Jamil arrived at my home at the scheduled time. He was knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. Now my home is cooling properly.,
