Derek was a great service tech......BUT they came to my house told me i needed 3 parts for my outside unit and woud cost $1152.00. Due to the fact my 5 yr old had breathing issues i agreed after the fact i called around asking if it was a competitive price only to.find out there was $35.00 in parts that were replaced thats a insane markup they robbed me i would not recommend this company to anyone if u do tell them to put on their lipstick becuase they wanna look.good while they take it up the tailpipe!
this company is the biggest rip-off.tried telling me I needed $6,000 worth of duct work,when I really only needed $150(thru progress energy).
Pete was so helpful and very thorough!!! Happy to have had him out here. The office staff was very pleasant and very accommodating as well! :) We will be a long time customer!
Called by air rescue to service my ac. Waited the 3 hour window and called. Service rep said they were behind and get to me shortly. Waited another hour and called. They said sorry we don't service ur area. Why call me if u don't service our area? Why did I wait @ my house for 4 hours till I found out? Why do I have to call u to find this out? Shouldn't u call me when u found out? Worst costumer service ever
Rob from Air Rescue saved us last night! He was so nice he even cleaned my filter for me and gave me some energy saving tips! I have been in customer service for 10 years and Rob really impressed me! He really cares!
