Bought a new a/c system from Air Rescue but had an issue with the wiring. Richard M. was the service pro who worked the issue to a satisfactory conclusion. Throughout the process, Richard was positive, professional and determined to find the problem and fix it. I truly admire his dogged determination and excellent results. I will be asking for Richard by name for any a/c issues that materialize in the future! He's the best!

Kris arrived on time. He was very polite & professional. My service was great. I am very happy with the service I received. Kris replaced my bad capacitor, & the house is cooling great ! Would highly recommend Air Rescue.
Received service on a non-functioning exterior unit within 2 hours of calling. Charlie provided exceptional service, thoroughly explaining the issue and the resolution. Charlie presented himself in a professional and trustworthy manner. I hope he provides my service going forward!
Our technician arrived within our time window and thoroughly examined our systems to figure out why it wasn't working. Jamil serviced them and reviewed his work with me. he was polite and respectful.
Anthony came out to complete my semi-annual maintenance and did an awesome job. Polite, professional and on-time.
This company is simply horrible. Stay away!! All they want to do is sell you a service and not preform a regular maintenance. In fact, most if not all of their AC techs are buffoons. Save your money cause this company is nothing but smoke and mirrors! It will cost you more in the long run if you continue with Air Rescue!
If I could rate this company 0 stars, I would. They're so incredibly awful. My parents had an AC unit installed five years ago and purchased a 10 year warranty. Several different people have gone out to service the unit on many different occasions. My estimate is that they've gone out at least 25 separate instances because the unit was not working properly.
