Rip off! Spent 3,000 on a new AC, day 2 of the New AC, the condenser was bad so I had no air. Then the first time I turn on the heat, bad compressor. Now, 2 weeks later..,. It sounds like it’s falling apart and smells like it’s on fire. So I call them and have to leave a message.. don’t use this company . RIP OFF.
The 2 guys that came out and installed our new unit were brothers and they were on time very courteous and cleaned everything up when they were finished. We were very impressed with them and are glad that we switched from ABS air conditioning.
I would rate United Air Conditioning a 5*+. Their service is excellent plus they are reasonably price, their trustworthy, professional and explain what they are doing. They also only sell you what you need, they don't try to oversell.. You won't find another air conditioning company as fair and nice as these people. A very reliable and honest company.
