I called Air rescue in the morning and they were there just about noon and fixed my air conditioning with no problem very prompt in getting to my home
Highly recommend Air Rescue. We called today at 9am and Ray Figueroa, the best technician in the Co, was at our home by 1230. Totally fixed our AC problem. Always helpful when ever I call customer service, have been with Air Rescue for 10 years and I will be with them another 10 years.
They are friendly, fair, and fast. My AC broke down and my usual tech who actually installed the system was unavailable. I called Air Rescue to see what they could do. I called about 4:30pm and they were there around 6! The tech that came, Steve, called me about an hour prior to his arrival to inform me when he would be there. He tested, fixed, and explained. Did I mention convenient? It's great that Air Rescue has shifts and that they work around the clock! They are definitely NOT a 9 - 5 operation! THANK YOU!
Thank goodness for ARIES, the HVAC god. After the HVAC system broke down at my mothers residence late on Tuesday afternoon, we were very grateful for the response from the call center to get an HVAC technician out to the house. They give you a window for arrival time but normally arrive at the beginning of the window. They do and excellence job and are more complete than our last two service company’s. They don’t pressure to do extra items and normal have more choices if additional work is needed.
There was a permitting issue with with a job they did for me that caused a delay. To minimize the inconvenience they doubled the techs installing the unit and made up the lost time. Thanks all, especially Hunter.
I have used them for the 8 years I have had my home and sent several referrals to them.
