Kevin was a nice gentleman who explained everything and was finished in no time.
Air rescue has been very reliable, have a service contract. They call for scheduling the checkup and technicians have all been timely and polite. Have only one complaint, bought the unit new, have had it serviced regularly and have had no problems with it. However, every time it is serviced the tech tries to sell me some additional service. If this was on older unit and not working properly I would understand. Since this was a brand new unit and has been serviced regularly, why is it necessary to keep trying to sell more.

I have gotten great service and they been on time
Air Rescue has provided competent service for over 20 years on my hvac equipment. They employ knowledgeable technician/sales associates who are friendly, persuasive and professional. They have recently replaced my AC/ heating unit with a top of the line Amana unit. The installation was exceptionally well done to the point where the county inspector commented it was one of the best he had seen.
They are very timely and very helpful. They have very good and knowledgeable technicians!
