There should be at least a one year performance guarantee or more. I shouldn’t have to pay for a service call for a unit less than a year old, especially when you’ve already shelled out thousands and thousands of dollars.

Hi there, by law we have to offer a 1 year workmanship guarantee after installing an AC system which we offer. We also do not charge a diagnostic fee if the unit is under a year old. Please message us your address so I can look into this further. Thank you.
