Carlos C. was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained every step of what he was doing with our system and answered any questions we had. Carlos was very thorough in performing the system maintenance. He placed covers on his work shoes before going through our home to service the outside unit, asked before using our outdoor water, and explained all of the readings on his report to us. We would definitely use Carlos and Air Masters again.

Excellent company and service. Quenten did an awesome job servicing our air-conditioner. He found the problem right away and fixed it. He is polite and meticulous about his work. We highly recommend this company if you need a new air-conditioner or you need a problem fixed. Thank you Air Masters and a special thank you to Quenten

Eric came to our home yesterday to do our bi-annual check up of our air conditioner. I just wanted to let you know he is such an asset to your company. I couldn't ask for a better technician or company to work with. Our service person, Quenton, was outstanding and great to work with! We were wanting both of our systems serviced and tuned up to be ready for the summer. He told us what he'd be looking at and explained the things he would be servicing and cleaning. After he finished up, he gave us a detailed final review and had no extra charges or little add ons that other companies might try to do. Air Masters has been servicing the AC units at my townhouse for the past 2 years. They are always friendly, professional, and have always arrived within the window of time scheduled with a 30min call in advance. Highly recommend this professional team. They have never tried to sell me something I do not need.
