My 14 year old system was on a slow roll down hill. The rep inspected my system and found that part of the problem, aside from being worn out was my Lanar "builder" model was undersized for its job. He specd and quoted me a complete new system from their in house inventory and I had it installed in a week. Their Tech's, John and Cedrick, had it installed and running by 3pm the same day even after finding the air handler they brought was dented and had a replacement delivered in an hour. Excellent job by Robert and Pablo. Punctual, courteous, professional in every sense of the word. Robert patiently answered all our questions regarding our new unit(s). After shopping around, I got the best product and price from Air Masters. I love my new AC and they saved me a lot of money compared to the other companies I shopped. What's "easy" for me is recommending them to everyone!

Air Masters of Tampa Bay, Inc is a very professional business that pays attention to their customers. They are not pushy to sell you something you can't afford. They do very thorough work and clean up after. All the associates and technicians I dealt with were extremely kind and helpful especially Sebastian. I recommend Air Masters to my friends.
