I have been using Air Masters for about 17 years now and can say they are the best! Knowledgeable and courteous employees that keep our air conditioner up and running.
After installing a new Trane system, we were shocked to learn that the system was not an upgrade to our previous system and the installation was so flawed that the system was headed for catastrophic failure. We were forced to negotiate the system removed and Air Masters came to the rescue. Matt, the technical sales representative measured temperature and airflow throughout the house and provided performance/cost trade offs. Everyone I have dealt with at Air Masters has been fantastic, both service and office personnel. Excellent service again today with parts covered under warranty, and Charles (the serviceman) troubleshooting the problem quickly and efficiently. My 14 year old system was on a slow roll down hill. The rep inspected my system and found that part of the problem, aside from being worn out was my Lanar "builder" model was undersized for its job. He specd and quoted me a complete new system from their in house inventory and I had it installed in a week. Their Tech's, John and Cedrick, had it installed and running by 3pm the same day even after finding the air handler they brought was dented and had a replacement delivered in an hour.
