With unusually hot weather, I was thrilled that the Air Masters technician arrived within two (2) hours of my call for service. He, Juan Torres, was professional, polite, understanding and did the needed repair in a short amount of time. I had called several other A/C companies and none offered a discount RE svc. call fee dropped if repair effected, nor a senior discount. Nor could they come to my home until at least the next day! Both technicians were very professional and personable. Unfortunately, I had a problem a few days after my service. However, Air Masters handled the issue in a timely and in an efficient manner. Juan, the second technician, was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. He took his time diagnosing the problem. He explained the cause of it and what he did to fix it. Juan, thank you for a job well done! Thanks Phillip for the courtesy call and for sending Juan back to my house a few days later to recheck the unit.

Air Masters installed our system 5 years ago and has been servicing the system ever since. They are always on time, polite and respectful as well as doing a great job of maintaining the system. All their service personnel and office staff are a pleasure to deal with.
