Air Masters took care of a warranty problem I had when the company I purchased my Trane unit from did not want to deal with the problem. Now I have them do my annual maintenance to keep it running smoothly. Good customer service.

Scott the technician was really Friendly, Helpful and Knowledgeable. He did more for us and less than any other companies we had out prior. We will stay with Air Masters and have a year package with them..you can't beat the price and the professionalism of what my wife and i experienced with Scott. We were Truly Blessed to have Found them.. We found them by pur neighbor that has had them for over 20 yrs. So if anyone is looking for a great A/C company.. Air Masters is the way to go.
I'm satisfied with the air conditioner unit, installation technicians and maintenance technicians. Sebastian was my maintenance technician today. He is professional, knowledgeable and personable. He called me when he was en route to my house & arrived exactly (to the minute) when he said that he would. He reviewed & explained the service that he had provided and patiently answered my questions.
I have used Air Masters since 1998 their people have always been courteous polite professional and knowledgeable. Charles came out and listen to me even though he was tired and hot. And proceeded to check everything out and give me an option where there I needed to change something right away or not and then he fixed everything. My daughter and I greatly appreciate you.
Great customer service -been a customer for several years. Same day service. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!
