Air Masters performed with excellence in every facet of the installation process of our new AC unit. We could not have hoped for a better experience. The technicians were on time, professional, courteous and thorough. A new AC system is one of the biggest investments to make, and we are extremely satisfied that we have made the right choice now, and the perfect choice for the years to come.
Air Masters of Tampa Bay has serviced the air conditioner in my condominium since 1995. I have always been impressed with their promt and courteous customer service. However, my most recent experience merits exceptional praise. My old system needed to be replaced and I had the good fortune to have it evaluated by Scott G., a veteran technician with the company. Very happy with quality of the work and the great level of customer service. Mr G. took our many calls and patiently answered all our questions. Robert, Troy and Shaun worked all day on the installation and cleaned up very nicely before they left. Robert stayed later to finish setting up the thermostat and teach us how to use it even though he was is pain from a dental problem he was having. We highly recommend Air Masters. **********

I've been using Air Masters over 10 years . Top service , if there have been any issue it is addressed positively . I have had them install air-conditioning units for both myself and my mother over the years. We have them serviced every six months. They are timely and efficient and I especially enjoy when Alberto is the tech that comes as he knows exactly where everything is is very pleasant . The office staff is very responsive and helpful as well . Would highly recommend

Having been a customer of Air Masters for many years, what I value most is the consistency in their response to handling problems that arise from time to time. I had another issue just recently with my home AC. The tech that was dispatched (Carlos) was yet another very competent and courteous individual who identified the problem within minutes and fixed it to my satisfaction that same day. And, as busy as he was, he nevertheless patiently took the time to explain the situation to me and how to prevent it in the future.
