I called your office about 8 a.m. & Scott was here before 9:30 a.m.; he immediately resolved the problem we were having. After completing the necessary task, he spent some time with me explaining & advising what we could do to improve and extend the life of our system. Since the inception of the journey to replace my AC units in my house my experience with air masters has been nothing short of exceptional! i will never call them ..just wanted a yearly service...even though i have a 9 year old system ..it works fine..the service tech did absolutely nothing but tell me lies about this and that about to go bad. He suggested a new system ..bottom line is that he didnt lift one finger to service anything, just a sales pitch he was schooled at..I wanted him out of my house before he broke something....2 years later my ac is still running strong with no new parts
Outstanding biannual maintenance inspections, and excellent installation of new heating and air conditioning system. Very pleased!
