I run a big social housing contract and I’m so impressed with the service and professionalism of this company, always polite and punctual they do an amazing job for me under some stressful situations I would highly recommend them to anyone,prices and services are excellent
Arrived and put plans in place to complete the job. All satisfactory after 2 visits .. easy and processional service.
Very happy with the service we recieved. Michael turned up, identified point of entry, put down poison and gave advice. A week later the rat was found dead, 2 weeks later we've had no sign of any other rodent entry. Great service, would recommend.
1/5 Stars I was all set to book pest control services for my business and called the company at 12:30 AM. I spoke with a member of staff who identified herself as Katie, but was shocked by her extremely rude and dismissive behaviour. I was simply asking a few questions about their services when she became snappy and told me to "just leave it" - effectively refusing my custom. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. I scheduled an appointment for Monday at 11:00am for them to attend my property and deal with a serious rat infestation. The appointment was confirmed by them. Based on this confirmation, I took authorised time off work and informed my employer that I would be arriving late. Despite this, the company failed to attend at the agreed time and did not provide any prior notice, explanation, or apology. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable... read more
