If I could give this 0 stars, I would. AIM are possibly one of the worst maintenance companies I have ever encountered. Why do they even get insurance contracts? My daughter has been waiting nearly 7 months for a repair, and so far, they have left her house in an even worse condition, damaging her property in the process. They don’t answer her calls or emails, have even put through the claim for the wrong things. They also don’t turn up when they say they will. Not impressed. They're contracted through Avant to repair a wall. No courtesy call before, not called back. Why do these companies that have no care or respect get contracts
This company are an absolute disgrace. Please do NOT go anywhere near them. The staff attitudes are shocking. They also refuse to carry out work that they told our insurance company they would. Please for your own good do not entertain these cowboys.
Terrible experience with this company. Avoid if you can. Don't show up on time and the work leaves a lot to be desired.
