Well Not all that – Food is good, portions are mediocre. Wine is bad. Need more selection of wines. I would go back becuase of the energy of the place. Too many "working girls at the bar though". Very LA crowd.
This is my favorite restaurant – I absolutely love Ago. The atmosphere is true Italian, the waitstaff is professional and very adoring and the food is excellent. Try the mushroom risotto or any of the ravioli dishes.
True LA dining experience – The quaint place lives up to the hype. Great food -- highly recommended are the veal medallions -- and a scene of interesting people to watch as you eat. Don Rickles was there the night I visited.
