They read but ignored my WhatsApp message. When I called, they confirmed they could service my diesel pump, so I made a 2-hour round trip to drop it off. A few hours later, they said they couldn’t do it due to lack of equipment but couldn’t specify what was missing, so I had to make another 2-hour round trip to pick it up.
