Atrocious, Tim, manny did an excellent job packing and moving my home. They were professional, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this team if you are looking to move.
So impressed with the customer service from all the staff at Agility Van Lines. I ultimately decided to not move the items and buy new. We were treated with the most respect and consideration. We were two days out from the scheduled pick up and immediately received the deposit refund. If this doesn't speak volumes about the company nothing would. I highly recommend Agility Van Lines and look forward to using them in the future.

I would never use again. When I received the quote they were higher than the other quotes. I agreed to it because I was told by **** that I would be the only one on the truck. I was not. I was told they would be at my house at 7:30 pm. They didn't get to me until 11:30 pm. They picked up another person stuff and then my belongings did not fit on the truck. **** was not helpful. The only person who is helpful and wonderful to work with is the receptionist who has no power to do anything. The owner is useless. Basically it's *... read more
AlexM, Damion,Tim, Dominque, and Artovio did a fantastic job. We just sat back, and they did everything. They were professional and efficient. They made moving over 900 miles across the country a lot less stressful than it could have been. Very hard working, friendly crew.
