I was very skeptical of using a moving company that I had never heard of. However, I am so glad we hired Agility Van Lines to make our move from Florida to Kentucky. We had no idea at the time we scheduled the move that it would be during a "pandemic". The team could not have been more courteous and helpful. I know from first hand experience that Agility Van Lines, Inc. is an excellent moving company that focus on satisfying her customers, Agility are also a team of very friendly and compassionate team. furthermore, Agility prices are moderate, reasonable and competitive. Michael has been working with me during these trying, pandemic times. I changed the move dates on him 3 or 4 times, haven't always been good about returning his calls, and at times I've been short with him because my husband has cancer, is losing his job, and of course, right now the world seems upside down with this virus! But through it all, Michael has been kind and patient, seeing that my moving needs at this time are being met. How does one move during a pandemic when state after state is going into lock-down? This company was out of state for us, but had very high ratings, so I requested an estimate. Michael gave me extraordinary customer service, and showed tremendous professionalism and patience. He worked hard to be competitive in price, and the only reason we did not select Agility Van Lines was because we received a bid from a local state-to-state moving company that was able to provide a large discount through my husband's employer. Based on the experience I had with Agility Van Lines, I would highly recommend them.
I was very impressed with John from agility. John was extremely courteous professional and quick to email me or respond to me as soon as possible. Unfortunately, because there is always a number one and a number two, agility ended up coming in second. For no other reason than one company was local and the other one was not. John was very competitive in his pricing, service, and overall deliverables. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs to be moved anywhere in the future.
