Artovio and Cedric were very friendly, efficient and personable. They took the time to explain every aspect of the process, and took extra time to make sure we understood everything. Two years ago, we had a mover that provided horrible customer service, with theft and lost items and this company was the complete opposite. Moving has always been stressful and the industry is filled with questionable companies, pushy sales tactics and poor communication. John and his staff at Agility are simply an amazing company to do business with. They were prompt with their communication, no pushy sales tactics and punctual with the arrival and drop off dates. During a difficult time for us Agility took care of our move from KY to FL and did a great job! Alfred, the Foreman, along with Dominique and Cedrick were 3 of the kindest, nicest guys during the pick up and delivery of our furniture and other items! These 3 guys are the best at protecting valuables! Denise and John helped get us to our hotel with scheduling and we are well pleased! We moved between Oct 30-Nov 2, 2019.
