I was unfortunately unable to book with agility, however Richard was very kind and informative. He took extra time to ensure that I knew what to look for even in a competitor. I will absolutely recommend the company for those who are making a move that makes more sense to use Agility with and book them myself should I ever find myself making a more long distance move as that is more their specialty. I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5 simply because I did not actually receive services.

I am so impressed by the excellent customer service provided by Ontario, Howard and Rasheed of Agility Van Lines! These three gentlemen provided Superior customer service and were highly professional. They were very quick and strong and made short work of moving my mother from North Carolina to Alabama in short order. I highly recommend using agility Van Lines but more particularly these three gentlemen because of their excellent work ethic and excellent customer service.

I had a last minute move, around the holiday season, and Agility Van Lines were very accommodating and made it happen. The customer service I received from both the office and the moving crew was outstanding. The entire team made this move easy and worry free. Highly recommended!

Vernon, Rasheed, Artovio and his fellow workers were amazing!! They arrived earlier than expected, which helped us tremendously! They wrapped and protected all of our furniture. They were friendly and courteous at all times. When they delivered our furniture, nothing was broken and they even helped us place our furniture in the rooms. We would definitely call them again.
