I changed my shipment several times and in the end finally had to cancel because my sale fell through. They were very courteous throughout all my changes and offered a full refund with no questions asked. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Had 5 pieces of inherited antique furniture to be transported from Richmond VA to my home in Columbia SC. John at Agility quoted me the most reasonable price of 4 interstate companies. He was in contact daily, helping me thru the process of an "absentee" move. His road crew also contacted me before pickup so I could arrange for ready access to the inventory. Agility is an A++ Company. I'm glad my mom found them on Home Advisors site. Interstate moving can be stressful but thanks to Garth at Agility mine was seamlessly and stress free. Garth and his team, Tavaughn and Jonathan (JB), were professional, on time and very experienced. Garth, Tavaughn, Johnathan, were excellent, attention to detail was superb. They were so friendly and hard working and got things packed and delivered in perfect condition. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat. Everything was exceptional and so were they. It is unfortunate there is not an option for zero starts. By all means, use this company if you want to deal with a slippery, unorganized bully in *****, the owner. We should have known something was off when the night before the move, he calls past 9 pm to tell us it needed to be postponed. He also had the nerve to tell us that we were lucky that he was not charging us for storage for items that could not fit on a truck.
