I contacted Agility Van Lines because they are small and family owned and had positive reviews online. I chose them after working with John - he gave me a fair quote and an education about moving costs/options. Alfred and his 2 men arrived on time and in spite of packing taking far longer than anticipated, he and his crew worked well into the night to get everything loaded. The fact that packing/loading took 16 hours for a 2 bedroom apartment is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5......this was exhausting and stressful as th... read more
Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Agility made my out of state move easier and were able to meet a lady minute request. From John and Denise in the office to Teddy and his crew moving me, everyone was professional, helpful, and went out of their way to complete my pickup and delivery in time for me to start my new job. I would definitely recommend them, and use them again if I have to move again. They are top flight.
WE were more then satisfied even though they delayed in picking up are furniture they kept us informed and made up for the delay
My daughter was moving from Indiana back home to Florida upon graduating from law school. I made all the arrangements from Florida. Agility was very easy to deal with, they did everything they promised and their employees were very considerate & very professional. Everything arrived in great shape.They were very affordable in comparison to other quotes that I received. This was the ideal company for our small move. I would recommend them.
My husband and I were completely satisfied with everything from initial phone call to waving goodby to the movers. John was available by phone or text for any question or concern. Denise in the office was always pleasant and helpful when I found it necessary to call. I was going to use them for a long distance move and paid my deposit. The move didn't go as planned but they were very nice to deal with
Contacted this company for moving out of state. Spoke with John who was exceptionally informative. Unfortunately, due to family circumstances, we had to cancel. However, deposit return was immediate. Would not hesitate to use this company for moving needs.

From start to finish Agility Van Lines, Inc proved to be a totally positive experience. John presented us with a fair quote for our move from South Carolina to Connecticut. At the beginning of our move we were concerned about going with one of the big moving companies (mayflower/united vanlines/etc), because we really were not happy reading the reviews that we saw online. We ended up going with Agility because they were local and they were family owned.
