Although we did not choose Agility for our move, they were a strong contender for our business. John was very professional and helpful during the process of selecting our moving company. He provided quick and detailed answers to questions that we had about long distance moving. We liked the fact that the contents of our house would be moved in one truck and not be put on a truck with other customers. Would highly recommend this company for your moving needs. We were moving from CT to Florida and the crew showed on the date agreed upon. They were great to deal with and were very polite and hard working crew. They are storing our stuff for us for 30 days to give us time to get to our new house and get it ready to move in. We just hope that we have the same crew back again to us in!

This move was a nightmare! furniture left behind, packing that I could have done better, broken furniture, broken china, scratched hardwood floors, final cost almost 3x the original estimate, and over $1000 worth of belonging just gone. Never made it to the new house. To date, no one from the company has offered any reimbursement or compensation for the missing items and no one has made any attempt to contact me regarding this. Agility Van Lines are committed to stand by their word. Sadly, I had to cancel their service and they promptly answered my email and refunded as promised the full amount of their deposit. All the initial contact, inventory and calculation of truck volume and men work hours was diligently taken and was a pleasure to get quoted by John

Totally professional from the first phone call. Christina of Agility Van Lines cares about the customer and their belongings. She is extremely helpful in finding solutions and will not give up until the customer is completely satisfied. Christina's communications skills are excellent and she treats your move as if it were for a family member. I commend Christine for her honesty and integrity in a business that can really take advantage of the customer. 5 stars!

I contacted John about handling an interstate move for me. He was quick to respond and gave a reasonable quote for my move. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He showed that he knows the moving business and honored all of his commitments to me.
